L.A. rocker OWEN HAMLIN has signed a licensing deal with Epictronic for his debut "Right As Rain", which is due for release on July 29th, 2022 worldwide.
Owen Hamlin is a passionate and innately skilled writer, singer, instrumentalist and producer, writing songs containing the inherent angst of alt-rock music as well as a much needed forward looking optimism.
