BIOGRAPHY 2005

MOONLIGHT was formed in December ’ 99 in Mexico by Ishtar (Lead Guitar), Caronte (Drums) and Morris (Vocals), with the goal of play a darkest and pagan True Black Metal, 2 months later were joined to the band Belcebu (Rhythm Guitar), Elpak (Bass), and Darthl (Keyboards) to complete the line-up.

The things were not good, and after a long break and some changes into the line-up, in December 2000, the band decide continue with the curse, and the need of a permanent front-man, Ishtar decided take the place as vocalist and play the guitar at the same time, then they started to rehearse again and record a couple of rehearsals with the purpose to release their first demo.

Unfortunately, the problems are present again, the release of the demo was stopped, the band decide split-up, due to some several problems.

Moonlight was buried by 2 years, but finally in October 2003, Ishtar decide return to the battle, and also release the first demo called “The Fallen”.

Finally in April 2005 Moonlight has a new beginning because Caronte return to the horde to start a new battle.

The band sign a record deal with Azermedoth Records in July 2005.

In August, Alastor (Lost in the Shadows) joined the band as a bassist.
