BRUTAL AND FAST DEATH METAL

BIOGRAPHY 2002

· 1995: SERIAL BUTCHER is conceived by Nico (drums), Steven (vocals) and Hendrik (guitar); later on Bob joins on bass

· 1996: first demo tape is recorded but never released

· 1997: second demo tape is released and gets rave reviews in fanzines all over Belgium and abroad

· 1998: "exhumed rotting" mcd recorded at Midas studios; the band is playing several shows a month and opening for international acts such as Loudblast

· 1999: Bob leaves the band, followed by Steven; temporary replacements cannot revive the band and in 2000 they call it a day

· 2001: Nico acquires a drum computer and they start rehearsing again with Nico on 2nd guitar; due to lack of audience response, Nicolas replaces Nico on guitar so he can return on drums

· 2002: After a handful of shows a 6 song cd is recorded at CCR studios and released on June the 30th
